Once you reach out, we’ll schedule a consultation—by phone, video, or in person. This is where we learn about your event, style, floral preferences, budget, and overall vision.
Based on our conversation, we’ll create a custom design proposal that includes floral concepts, color palette, recommended arrangements, vessels, and any special details. You'll receive an itemized estimate for review.
We’ll fine-tune the proposal together as needed. Once approved, a signed agreement and deposit will secure your date.
Behind the scenes, we begin sourcing blooms and materials, coordinating logistics, and finalizing design details. We’ll stay in touch to confirm timelines and any updates.
On the big day, our team can handle everything from delivery and on-site setup, so you can be fully present and stress-free. Alternatively, arrangements can be prepared for client pickup if preferred.

Hi, I’m Zara, the heart and hands behind Flowers By Zara K.
Flowers have been part of my story for as long as I can remember. Growing up around plants and tropical flowers, as my dad was a passionate horticulturist. What began as a childhood fascination with gathering wildflowers and pressing them into books blossomed into a lifelong passion for floral design and the art of storytelling through nature.
Over the years, I’ve created floral arrangements for friends’ weddings, family celebrations, and as an independent contractor for flower shops. Eventually, I followed my dream and launched Flowers By Zara K.
Every bouquet I design is crafted, guided by the seasons and the availability of blooms, created to evoke emotions, whether it’s joy, comfort, love, or remembrance.
My style celebrates natural beauty, loose, organic, and romantic, with a touch of whimsy. I source mindfully, support sustainable practices, and whenever possible, partner with local growers because I believe every stem should not only be beautiful, but meaningful too.
